What are My Options?

We offer the following 3-month pre-paid contracts:

Pre-paid contracts are billed at a discounted hourly rate of $140/hour with a 10 hour minimum. Use up all your hours in three months, and you’ll have the option to auto-renew your contract at the original rate.

How To Pay

The full amount is due at the time of the contract signing. As services are used, time is deducted from your block of hours. All work performed is itemized after each task is completed to show usage – you can access this information via the client portal anytime! We accept cash, company checks, Master Card, Visa, and American Express.

Leftovers?

We do our best to make sure you stay up-to-date on the status of your hours, but ultimately it’s your responsibility to make sure they’re used within the 3-month timeframe. Unfortunately, unused hours at the end of the contract are forfeited, and the old contract rates will no longer be guaranteed if you wish to re-sign.
