In an organization built on creativity and imagination, when occasions arise to display our uninhibited ingenuity, there’s no stopping the forces that are unleashed. Halloween especially.
Though we admittedly have enjoyed the creepy witches and candy bowls (maybe a little too much) around the office for the past few weeks, this month’s spooktacular Halloween celebrations all culminated in a high-stakes, hauntingly fun office-wide costume contest. Featuring the bravest souls at HMG Creative and Workhorse Marketing, the contest offered a big reward – cash prizes for the most creatively creepy costume, nominated by peers.
It was a tough competition but three lucky winners walked away with a prize and ultimate satisfaction as HMG/Workhorse’s Best Dressed Halloweeners of 2018.
Here were some of our faves:
If a tree falls in a forest and no one is around to hear it, does it make a sound?
Making sure there’s not too much horseplay around here.
May the scrunchies and mixtapes never die.
PARTY ON, WAYNE.
A good man is hard to find.
After 30 years of hunting Death-Eaters, The Boy Who Lived lives on.
Beam me up, Scotty.
And the winners are…
1st, 2nd, & 3rd Prize go to Long-armed Man, Trailer Trash, and Entitled Millennial! (upset she didn’t win first prize… but it’s okay because we’re all winners in life, right?).
Happy Halloween from our crew! May you have a safe and hauntingly good time celebrating tonight!
