If there’s one thing we can all agree on, it’s that here in Austin, Texas, we work hard. And hard work deserves a little reward every now and then. Sometimes that reward comes in the form of a paycheck. Other times, it comes in the form of a beverage. Therefore, to follow up our Best in ATX blog post, we’ve put together a list of the best happy hour joints in the city where you can unwind after a stressful day at work for MyCasinoBonus.

Mulberry
A self-proclaimed “wine bar and New American style restaurant,” Mulberry is a relaxing, comfortable place to grab a bite and glass of wine after work, featuring a weekday happy hour from 5pm-7pm.  Check out their happy hour menu here.

Tacos and Tequila
Tacos and Tequila offers multiple happy hour options to satisfy your Mexican craving. The atmosphere is light and fun, and in terms of the food, their name is pretty self-explanatory. Stop by during happy hour (weekdays 4pm-7pm, Sunday 3pm-close) for $4 drinks, $2.75 draft beers and $1.50 street tacos.

Searsucker
Right in the Warehouse Disctrict, come to Searsucker for contemporary American food and drinks. Their motto is “Come Early, Stay Late,” so you know it has to be a fun place. Come for happy hour on weekdays from 4:30pm-6:30pm and on Sunday all night. Get draft beers, wine, specialty cocktails, and discounted appetizers!

219 West
For a variety of different kinds of Amerian tapas, check out 219 West. Located right on West 6th Street, their longer-than-average happy hour is on weekdays from 5pm-9pm, Saturdays from 2pm-8pm, and Sundays from 3pm-8pm. Can’t beat that! Each day features a different happy hour drink special, so you’ll never be bored.

Icenhauers
Located on historical Rainey Street, check out Icenhauers if you’re looking for some unique, specialty cocktails. Stop by for happy hour on Mondays from 4pm-2am, Tuesdays from 4pm-7pm and (for the later crowd) 9pm-11pm, and on Wednesdays-Saturdays from 4pm-7pm.

Takoba
Searching for happy hour on the East side? Check out this Mexican restaurant, Takoba. Featuring two full bars, stop by on weekdays from 3pm-6pm and Saturday-Sunday from 3pm-4pm for discounted beers, appetizers and ceviche.

Cover 3
If you’re looking for more of a sports-bar environment, check out Cover 3 in North Austin. Get $3 off appetizers, $2 off cocktails, and $1 off wines by the glass and draft beers if you come on Mondays and Tuesdays from 4pm-close, or on Wednesdays-Sundays from 4pm-7pm.

Chuys
Craving Tex-Mex and? Want free queso? Check out Chuy’s happy hour on weekdays from 4pm-7pm. Enjoy $3.95 margaritas, $7.50 Texas martinis, and $2.75 domestic beers. You won’t go hungry with their complimentary (that’s right, free) nacho bar with chips, queso, salsa, and other toppings.

Finn & Porter
If you’re downtown and in the mood for steak, seafood or sushi, give Finn & Porter a try. On weekdays from 4pm-7pm, stop by for $5 plates, $3 beers, and house wine by the glass.

Max’s Wine Dive
If you’re searching for some southern comfort food, pop into Max’s Wine Dive. From 4pm-7pm on Monday-Friday, come in for $9 plates and reduced price beers and wines by the glass. You won’t leave hungry (or thirsty)!
