That’s why we’ve got you covered when it comes to affordable Valentine’s Day activities. V-Day is approaching fast, and if you haven’t made plans yet, you’re still in luck. We’ve rounded up five activities in Austin under $50 to enjoy with your loved ones. Valentine’s Day Truffles + Beer Flight – $28 per ticket

This is Craft Pride’s 7th Annual Valentine’s Day Truffles + Beer Flight collaboration with Krystal from Intero. Chocolate truffles are made specifically to pair with each beer in the flight. Along with artisanal truffles and craft beer there will be live music by Elijah Zane and a Via 313 dinner.

Blue Starlite Mini Urban Drive-In – $8 to $45 per ticket

Blue Starlite will be having showings at multiple locations on Valentine’s Day. Their tickets range from walk-in admission to full car and snack packages. Browse their site for a variety of experiences for all budgets!

Valentine’s Day Public Moonlight Cruise – $45 per ticket

9:30 – 11:30 PM

Capital Cruise’s moonlight cruise sails through Lady Bird Lake and views Austin’s skyline. The cruise includes complimentary wine and sweet treats. You have the option to enjoy the climate-controlled lower level or the open-air upper deck with an outdoor fireplace. You’ll also be accompanied by acoustic tunes by Gabriel Borg.

Valentine’s Day Special Menu at Olive + June – $90 per couple (so… $45 each, right?)

A multi-course dinner might not be the first option that comes to mind when considering affordable Valentine’s Day activities. Fear not, because we’ve done the digging for you. Olive + June’s prix fixe menu includes a seafood tasting for two, pasta to be shared, a second course, and dessert. Their regular dinner menu will be available as well.

Beer My Valentine – $25 per ticket

6:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Independence Brewing offers our most affordable Valentine’s Day activity. This ticket includes 2 Indy draft beers, a small bouquet of assorted flowers from Lovelily Flowers, and a small assortment of chocolates from Intero. In addition, they will offer “2 for 1” beer specials all night long, free samples of Garrison Brothers Texas Straight Bourbon Whiskey, free Texas two-step lessons by instructor Eric Moreno (7p – 8p), live music by Rye Mountain Revelry (8p – 10p), and access to purchase the limited release of the Garrison Brothers Bourbon Barrel-Aged Convict Hill.
